The course is designed for sports professionals looking to advance their careers.
The course covers basic exercise science, cardio-respiratory system, human movement science, fitness assessment and training concepts.
Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) or higher (context may be in exercise to music, gym-based exercise, water-based exercise or health-related exercise and physical activity for children).

This course is accredited by VTCT and Learners who successfully complete this qualification will be eligible for membership with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) at Level 3.
