to become their UK partner in providing hardware and hardware related
technical support for the simPRO Enterprise software system.

supply, installation and ongoing support of infrastructure.
This appointment will see TLP take on the responsibility for
supplying, installing, maintaining and supporting hardware all around
the country for those simPRO clients wishing to host simPRO on their
own servers. TLP will supply the server & other necessary
equipment, install the simPRO Software, install the server on the
client’s premises and provide training and support for the hardware
direct to the client.
TLP will directly manage service level agreements with the
individual client providing them with a support response time and
pricing structure that suits their business.
