Did you know that up to one third of your heating bill is used just to flush stale and damp air out of your property and replace if with cold fresh outside air? With MVHR you make use of your heat by drawing warm stale air through the core of a heat exchanger. Domestic ventilation became 'Notifiable Work' on 1st October 2010 as part of the 2010 revision to Approved Document F of the Building Regulations. This means ventilation provision in new homes must be commissioned by a suitably qualified person.
