My Children's Physiotherapy Practice is a service providing assessment, consultation, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy treatment for babies, children and teenagers either in the comfort of your own home or in a more appropriate environment.

Since 1989 I have worked solely with babies, children and adolescents with musculoskeletal and neurological dysfunction. I have worked at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Community Service Trust, Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital, Tadworth Childrens Trust, Maple Childrens Centre and the Middlesex Adolescent Unit.

I treat babies, children and teenagers with a whole range of conditions ranging from mild developmental delay, or funny walks to the most severe cases of cerebral palsy and brain injury.

I have extensive experience of working with babies and children with neurological conditions and syndromes that affect muscles, balance, posture, movement, co-ordination, growth, development and play.

My personalised physiotherapy programmes are entirely child and family focused, involving parents, siblings and other family members and are designed to be integrated into your day to day life with little disruption. As a busy Mother myself I am acutely aware of the pressure of time on today’s families, so I place great emphasis on working closely with the whole family, nursery or school staff. This ensures that programmes can be incorporated effortlessly into play, usual social, leisure and physical activities and into the school curriculum. For most of my patients I find this is a more effective approach than following a standalone physiotherapy programme.
