Its aroma is similar to lemon, but gentler, with a specific hue; flavor is pungent and slightly bitter. Lemon balm oil is known for its tonic, antiseptic and soothing properties. Lowers blood pressure, relaxes spasms, and alleviates pain. Its cool effects and ability to induce sweating is used at higher temperatures from the cold. Lemon balm soothes the nervous and digestive system, heart, harmonizes and is sedative. Significant is also the antidepressant effect of anxiety on fear, hysteria, and all types of nervous tension. Leon balm bath in the evening will help us relax and induce sleep.

Use: for bath

Recommendation: suitable for use after physical strain or mental tiredness, anxiety, sleeplessness and headaches.

Effects: has comforting, harmonising and strengthening effects, reduces blood pressure, strengthens concentration abilities, has mitigating effects on teres muscles, has deodorizing and antiseptic effects.

Skin type: all types, particularly sensitive, irritated, suffering from psoriasis and eczema.

Ingredients: plant oils - almond, soya bean and jojoba, essential oils – lemon balm and lemonela, emulsifier, chlorophyll, vitamins A, E.

Warning: 1 teaspoonful is enough to prepare baths for children.
