Martial Arts Conditioning
JWN Personal Training
fitness training, personal fitness trainer, Certified Personal Trainer
Martial Arts has been part of my life since I was nine. practising Kyokushin Karate, reaching black belt. Privilagerd to be taught in Japan in 1994 which helped me develop within the style. This helped me prepare and teach over 1000 students in years as a Sensai, working at my dojos in London
With this background and knowledge of biomechanics, i have moved into conditioning for martial artists.
Improving fundamental martial arts skills like strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, speed and agility requiries a wide range of specific exercises.
Whether you are competing in the Olympics or just practising kicks at your local club you will need a certain level of these skills to function at your best.
The focus of this training is performance improvement. A complete program, geared toward total improvement
