Alee Care can supply qualified nurses to hospitals, nursing homes, dental and G.P surgeries and other institutions within the healthcare sector.
These services provided by Alee Care are essential in providing peripheral workforce to complement the core staff provisions in times of short-term/long-term sickness, annual leave, maternity leave and general staff shortages.
We can also provide qualified nurses to deliver individual nursing care to service users in the comfort of their own homes. Qualified nurses are used to undertake those tasks that are complicated and cannot be undertaken by care workers. This service includes the following: -
• Delivering nursing care to service users in their own homes following an illness, injury or surgery.
• Delivering nursing care service users with a terminal illness and their families.
• Delivering nursing care service users with mental, behavioural and severe physical changes.
• Delivering nursing care to pregnant women/mothers with newly born babies who require specialised follow-up care.
Alee Care can supply nursing care ranging from 1hr to 24hrs, 7 days a week or on a live-in basis to service users in their own homes, hospitals, nursing homes, care homes or other establishments. We cover many different specialities.
Alee Care qualified nurses can administer medication in accordance with statutory, local rules and guidance issued by their professional body and Alee Care own medication policy. Primary legislation concerning the administration of medicines is contained in the medicines Act 1986 and the misuse of drugs 1971. Alee Care nurses also follow the Professional guidance is given in the NMC Standards for the Administration of Medicines.
