I have accumulated a rich variety of training over many years.
The most powerful and efficacious methods for deep inner change depend on the needs of the person in front of me and the way we work together.
My favourite methods usually involve closed-eye work which help people to relax deeply into a light trance state. This enables people to recall early years incidents which are unresolved - either because the feelings were repressed at the time to avoid further pain or because negative self-beliefs were formed due to lack of understanding or because people lost connection with who they really were (then and now) on a higher level.
