A 30-minute circuit training session in your lunch break, providing a total body workout employing a mix of exercises using a variety of equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels. Circuits run from 12am to 2pm every weekday, just turn up at any time in this period and complete the 30-minute express circuit and then shower, have your lunch and return to work!
