PCH Ceramics Ltd. used Ultra Tile adhesives and grouts to fix wall and floor tiles in seven country properties.
Earlier this year PCH Ceramics Ltd. secured the contract to tile within seven country properties that were being built by Linfoot Country Homes in Sutton Coldfield. The project was to tile each bathroom within the houses and PCH Ceramics Ltd. chose to use Ultra Tile adhesives and grouts based on previous good experiences with the products. The bathrooms included wetrooms and all tiles were purchased from Porcelanosa.
Ultra Tile ProFlex SP in white was used to fix all wall tiles. This product is a single part rapid set flexible adhesive suitable for porcelain and natural stone tiles. The walls were then grouted with hygienic Ultra Tile FineJoint, a totally mould resistant and water repellent grout for joint widths of up to 12mm.
Expertly formulated with exceptional bond strength, flexibility and fast setting capabilities, Ultra Tile ProRapid RS was an ideal choice for the bathroom floor tiles. On this project it was used in grey but white is also available.
Pebble tiles were used on each bathroom’s wetroom floor to create a unique and modern feature. These were grouted with Ultra Tile WideJoint in grey, a specially formulated shrinkage compensated product for wide joint widths of up to 20mm.
All seven properties are now on the market for between £500,000 and £1,000,000.
