A simple question distinguishes which Ultra Floor primer is appropriate for your flooring application.

Priming is an essential stage of the flooring application process and is one that must be completed effectively every time.  Consideration as to which type of primer is most appropriate for each substrate is of utmost importance.  Prime IT AR and Prime IT N are specialist primers both available from Ultra Floor.

Ultra Floor Prime IT AR is an acrylic polymer emulsion primer suited for use over porous substrates such as concrete and sand/cement screeds.  Whereas Prime IT N enhances adhesion to non-porous substrates such as ceramic, terrazzo, asphalt and epoxy based damp proof membranes.

Each primer will prepare the surface, enhancing adhesion and sealing it.  The bond strength of subsequent repair mortars, cement based levelling compounds and similar cementitious underlayments to the surface will then be dramatically improved, enhancing durability.

Ultra Floor primers are easy to use and safe to apply, and boast excellent surface penetration and fast drying times.

Both primers are available in 5 litre bottles.
