Hopi ear candles have been used by many cultures therapeutically since ancient times. They produce a slight chimney effect and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the ear candle producing a massage-like effect on the eardrum. For many it is very soothing and relaxing. It can be helpful for earache, headache, ear noise (tinnitus), sinus problems, stress and nervousness. This treatment also includes a full facial massage which stimulates drainage from the sinus and associated pressure.
