Job Title: Senior Resource Planning and Management Information Analyst (MI Analyst)
Location: North EastSalary: to £25-35,000 base, 10% bonus, corporate bens

Working for a blue chip award winning organisation with great future plans and opportunities, we are presently looking to find a Senior Planning and MI analyst.
- The role will carry out accurate multi-variate and root cause analysis on complex data and translate your findings into easy-to-digest advice and crucial insights, you’ll see to it that we get the most out of all our resources.
- It means creating long- and short-term workload forecasts and holding weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders. And as you run training courses and make everything from our service delivery to budget management better than ever, you’ll have a huge impact right across Customer Operations.
- Highly analytical, decisive and numerate (with the qualifications to prove it), you’ll have a strong background in contact centre planning in high-volume, high-performance environments.
- You’ll know all about performance metrics and be a real expert when it comes to quantitative analysis. No stranger to managing key stakeholders, you’ll also have great communication and report writing skills.
