Job Title: Contact Centre Director/Head of Contact Centres
Salary: ?80-120k base- car all, 40% bonus + benefits
Multi site responsibility
An opportunity exists for a strategic level Head of Contact Centres to lead the contact centre sales and retention strategy and be responsible for the delivery of performance, employee engagement and customer experience.
Working with the Executive leadership team and board, the Head of Contact Centre will define and deliver an enhanced up sell, cross sell and retention strategy, across a large contact centre operation, with an organisation that is committed to achieving high performance and service excellence.
We are interested to speak with candidates who have had experience leading and developing a high performance contact centre with large numbers of FTE, ideally over multiple sites. Candidates will need a proven track record delivering enhanced performance, across up sell, cross sell and retentions, whist enhancing employee and customer satisfaction.
The ability to drive performance and employee engagement to deliver exceptional results across a multi sited contact centre both on and offshore, as well as establishing excellent relations across a senior leadership team, obtaining senior stakeholder buy in and able to influence and negotiate to achieve the best possible retentions strategy will be required.
