Job Title: Head of Contact Centre (Sales & Retentions)
Salary: £80-120k base package to include bonus and benefits
An opportunity exists for a strategic level Head of Contact Centre, sales and retentions individual to help define and deliver an enhanced retention and up sell, x sell strategy, across a large contact centre operation with an organisation that is committed to achieving high performance and service excellence.
Candidates will need a proven track record within sales and retentions, have experience leading a large contact centre, retentions and sales operation and have an excellent understanding of customer acquisition, customer experience, loyalty and win back.
The ability to drive performance and employee engagement to deliver exceptional results across a multi sited contact centre both on and offshore, as well as establishing excellent relations across a senior leadership team, obtaining senior stakeholder buy in and able to influence and negotiate to achieve the best possible retentions strategy will be required.
