Contact Centre Director / Head of Site
Job Ref: DJSG2085 Job Title: Contact Centre Director / Head of Site (Contact Centre / Call Centre) Salary to £60,000-£75,000 + bonus (to 30%)
Location: North East
Working for a market-leading, global brand this is an opportunity for an experienced senior contact centre manager, who relishes working with a high degree of responsibility, to develop the site into a centre of sales and service excellence.
Specific Responsibilities include:
To provide effective operational and strategic direction across all site functions, via visible and clear leadership to on-site management and staff .
To actively participate in developing new business opportunities in conjunction with the business development team To foster a high performing culture through regular performance reviews with all direct reports and managing under-performance through improvement plans .
To provide sound financial management in achieving profitability goals in-line with corporate objectives and site targets.
 To serve as an effective business partner to a variety of external client contacts To ensure the site operates in a compliant fashion in-line with corporate and client expectations Continually review existing process and procedures to identify improvements to service levels and profitability Ensure development of the site’s leadership team via effective succession planning and leadership development. 
 The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior manager from a commercially focussed contact centre / call centre background within the outsourcing industry.
