Middle Eastern Dance improves both fitness, confidence and self expression through movement.
Concentrating on basic concepts, posture, isolations and movements.
Also working on different styles, fusing the elements together with Bellydance and creating a different sense of style and technique. These styles include; Bollywood/Bhangra, Hawaiian, Flamenco, Salsa and Burlesque.
Social evenings and shows also promoted within the group although there is no pressure or obligation to participate.
Most of all this class is fun and you can really let yourself go, release some tension and go home exhilarated!
