Public 'Off Site' Training Courses:
ACT! Level 1 Workshop
This course is designed to give new users a basic working knowledge of ACT!
The course will enable users to perform typical day to day contact management functions including creation of new records, activity and calendar management, searches etc.
On completion, delegates will feel confident in using the systems functions and will have gained an understanding of how they work, allowing them to use ACT! in a way that is most appropriate for their business.
ACT! Level 2 Workshop
This course has been designed to provide a more advanced knowledge of the system, introducing the management, administration and reporting functions. This course also addresses the lower level technical aspects of the system including configuration and internal user support.
The course is appropriate to those who wish to gain more from the system and perhaps derive greater business value from its flexibility in terms of reporting, communication, marketing and sales pipeline management. Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will have the confidence to set up the ACT! system in a working environment and provide a first line of support to local users.
