The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 also requires that employees are given fire safety training that is relevant to their work situation. This would include knowledge of fire risks in the workplace, fire procedures, fire prevention, the types and use of fire fighting equipment, fire alarm systems, assembly points etc.
Fire safety training sessions would normally be carried out at the client’s premises but could be arranged off-site if required. Courses available include General Fire Safety Awareness, Fire Warden Training, Fire Extinguisher Types and uses, and can include a practical.
