Important Changes In June 2014 New Consumer Regulations came into effect, it means now that business have to have an advertised UK landline or equivalent (03 number) for their customers to use that are designated Customer Service and After Sales Helplines. At Urvo we have made changes to our numbers by adding an additional direct number for our accounts department, to confirm our contact telephone numbers are: Customer Service – 01302 215 363 or 0800 954 1512 Accounts Department – 01302 260 690 We strongly advise any business that sells from a distance to familiarise yourselves with the new regulations, paying particular attention to Part 4 section 41 which covers the main changes. So, does my business need to change its telephone numbers?
