The OCD Treatment Centre has one aim, and thats to relieve the symptoms of OCD, and provide our clients with their own toolbox of skills to successfully manage the condition for the rest of their lives. All therapists at the OCD Treatment Centre have had their own battles with OCD, all being diagnosed with the condition at some point, and all are now living healthy, happy lives. We know what it takes to overcome this debilitating condition, and we want to share your journey to recovery with you every step of the way. You deserve to be happy, to live a life free from the chains of OCD, and we are passionate about sharing that journey with you and help you on your path to recovery. Our programme is unique and incorporates a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), providing our clients with OCD education, Exposure Response Prevention techniques, neuroplasticity education, stress management, relaxation skills and an introduction into mindfulness and meditative techniques. We understand that OCD has many facets, and can deeply affect every area of your life. Whether it be your daily routine, your job, your relationships with loved ones, or your social life, OCD often intrudes and places great strain on many areas of a sufferer’s life. Included in the intensive program our four follow up telephone sessions that last one hour. We feel that this is a fundamental part of the program, as you feel supported once getting back into everyday life. We are also in a unique position, in that we can offer additional services including life coaching, further mindfulness stress reduction classes and a wide array of support groups around the UK.
