We practise a flowing style of hatha yoga, allowing you to work with your breath as you explore postures and slowly broaden your practise.
Classes slowly build from warm up to a flowing series of major asana, through to restorative yoga and breath work. As the class comes to a close, you are guided through either meditation, visualisation or relaxation techniques, creating stillness of mind and the ultimate in restorative you time.
Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in and bring a blanket for the relaxation if you wish to. If you have a mat, bring it along or let me know if you’d like to borrow one.
