Freedom Technique, or EFT, works on the belief that when we are happy
and healthy our energy system is flowing freely throughout the body.
However, life’s emotional upsets and traumas can cause blockages in
this energy flow.
blockages can manifest as either physical problems such as aches and
pains or they can be psychologically expressed, for example, as anxiety
or lack of confidence. EFT helps to clear these blocks by tapping with the fingers on specific energy pointsof the body while talking about the emotional issue. By ‘tapping & talking’ we are able to clear negative thoughts and long-standing emotional issues sometimes within a matter of 1 – 2 sessions.
The technique can be applied to just about anything and I have used EFT successfullyon my clients to help them overcome many problems such as stress and anxiety and fears and phobias.
