Our successful approach involves coaching and mentoring people, including management. Creating and managing commercial practices and behaviours doesn’t always come always easy. Very often coaching and mentoring is best delivered outside the conventional line management function by someone independent. We provide the coaching and mentoring support needed along with guidance on target setting, reward systems and dealing with poor sales performance. We also provide recruitment support to clients.
We provide field based coaching to sales staff and management with a particular focus on breaking into and developing long term, successful relationships with new customers.
We coach selling staff during visits to customers and provide debriefing analysis; this approach has proved highly successful.
