Well now you can with Fitsteps, Strictly without a partner.
It’s a fun fresh new fitness class created by Strictly Pro’s Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe.
It uses the steps from popular ballroom and latin dances such as the jive, quickstep, waltz, samba, tango, etc. It works the whole body and is a great way to get fit and toned and have great fun doing it.
