This beautiful yearling filly is by Arakan, the sire of Group 1 winners Dick Turpin and Toormore, out of an El Prado mare in Proficiency, a ten furlong winner on the level before embarking on a career over hurdles and registering a trio of placed efforts over distances ranging from 2 1/2 - 3 miles. Proficiency is out of an unraced dam, Talent Quest, who herself is out of the classy mare Talented; who undoubtedly enjoyed her greatest success on the racecourse when taking the Group 2 Sun Chariot Stakes as a three-year-old. Talent Quest is a half-sister to some classy animals inclduing triple Listed winner Friston Forest and, perhaps most notably, Carlton House. The Queen's horse finished third in the Epsom Derby following success in the Group 2 Dante Stakes before embarking on a career in Australia that has seen him finish in the money in a pair of Group 1s. She is the first foal out of Proficiency and there would seem to be every chance that she could continue in the footsteps of her relatives and develop into a successful race-mare. Lady Turpin is in training with Richad Fahey at Malton. UK Racing Syndicate is selling shares to suit all budgets. We are charging a one-off fee of £300 and then an all-inclusive monthly training fee of £80. The one-off fee will be returned if she fails to run as a two-year-old.
