The Diploma replaced the NVQ on 1st January 2011

To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (4222-21), Learners must achieve a minimum of 46 credits to gain the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF)

The Diploma is workbased learning, so the learner needs to be employed in a care setting.  This can be voluntary or paid employment.  Your allocated assessor will guide you through this award and plan with you have you will produce your evidence for your portfolio.
