Nepalese Cooking Workshops

Learn how to cook traditional Nepalese dumplings, pickles, curries and soups, from our authentic chef, Keshav. Our classes take a workshop style approach, with participants working together to create a Nepalese feast that we all share at the end of the evening.
Keshav provides ongoing demonstrations and instruction throughout the class, but the focus is ultimately on getting you involved through hands on learning and practice. By the end of your session, you will have learned some of the basics of Nepalese cooking, including the spices and ingredients we use, created your own Nepalese feast, and will have had a lot of fun along the way.
We welcome both individual and group bookings, and run full and half day courses Claremont Farm's working ktichen, Wirral. In our 'Open Classes', you can join a small group (maximum 6) that we have collected at the farm. Alternatively, if you already have your own group of friends, family or colleagues, you could book an exclusive 'Group Class'. We can run these either at Claremont Farm, or we can come to a venue of your choice to deliver the session.
In addition to sharing some of his favourite recipes from home, Keshav is also more than happy to tell you anything you want to know about the people, culture and landscape of Nepal - all you need to do is ask!
