Whether you have just started out on implementing or thinking about performance management / appraisal development or already have systems in place that need improving, we can help you to achieve your goal. We have a wealth of experience in this area, and will work with you to ensure that your performance management systems fit seamlessly into your organisation’s values, culture and structure. 2. Communication, Understanding and Roll-out. If you have completed the strategy, policy and procedures (with or without our help) then you will need to ensure that you gain ‘buy in’ and commitment from your staff as to the benefits of the process. We will offer help and guidance with your communication plan/strategy, for example. In addition, we can develop and deliver (or train your key people to deliver) performance management workshops that can be rolled out in preparation or as on-going programmes, in order to ensure that your people fully understand the benefits of the system, and how to use this to its maximum potential. We will ensure that this all fits into, and complements, your company values and culture. 3. Development. If conducted correctly, a good performance management process will help identify where you need to target your development – either at improving the performance of a team or specific individuals. We can develop workshops and programmes targeted at the development areas identified, from soft-skills, management and leadership development through to high performing teams. For individuals, we have a number of development strategies ranging from psychometric assessments though to executive coaching and mentoring. We will work with you to ensure that you have the best of the best.
