Our largest Event in 2014 - The Ryder Cup
On behalf of the European Tour & Ryder Cup Ltd - dpi were asked to design and manufacture various elements of the Ryder Cup 2014 - held at Gleneagles in Sept 2014. Working closely with KitBag - dpi designed and manufactured the Official Merchandise Shop - with impressive results.
Alongside the Merchandise, we installed close to 1000ln m of External Fascia and completed internal fit outs for the Champagne & Seafood Facility, Public Catering, Operations Centre, JOCC/Medical Headquarters, First Aid Facilities, Merchandise Click & Collect and PGA Members structure.
Working within the Tented Village - bespoke facilities were designed for Mouton Cadet - Official Wine of the Ryder Cup, Hazeltine National - the host venue for the next Ryder Cup matches to be held in the United States, plus the French Federation whom at Golf National will host the 2016 Matches - the first to be held on French soil.
Contracted by Arena Group / European Tour - we also designed and installed the hospitality structures - NEVIS Suites and HEBRIDES Suites.
In total 20 - 40ft Trailers of equipment were sent to site which took approximately 7 weeks to install.
