I am a qualified Postural Conditioner and will assess every client, putting together a programme that can resolve any issues raised. This will drastically reduce the chance of injury from overuse or imbalance during exercise. Postural imbalances can also be the root cause of muscular or joint pain which can ease and disappear with the correct conditioning programme. I will set about strengthening the muscles required to correct any imbalances improve all chances to remove the possibility of reoccurrence.
