After an initial discussion of your desired aims and goals, diet and any medical ailments you may have, I will then plan out a bespoke training and diet routine with a progressing continuation plan.
This is ideal for anyone who wishes to concentrate on physical training and diet with the focus of fat loss, fitness and muscle tone, for any particular occasions or just a healthier lifestyle.
Training and instruction of techniques will be given with correction and guidance throughout each session.
You will not be placed on a machine which I will then lean against with a clipboard and my hand in my pocket passing pleasantries for the duration.
Distance Training - For people who are not in my area but still want nutrition and training advice then this package is best for you. You will receive a training and diet programme for a one month period based around your goals as well as weekly email correspondence and support.
