Consists of an initial assessment of your current body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and fitness levels and incorporates a custom-designed two week diet plan that measures specific calories and foods for each day.
* 6 one-to-one sessions @ 3 per week, involving a warm up and stretch then a combination of high intensity training, strength training and endurance fitness to maximise results.
* Personalized Diet Plan, calculating your calories, foods and times you eat to compliment your training.
Additional advice is also included for none training days. This will ensure maximum fitness and fat loss for the two week period. A predicted fat weight loss is also given at the at the commencement of the program.
