Massage therapy is one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences one can have. Nothing compares to the human touch. It is one of the most accessible supportive measures you can seek for chronic pain as well as for overall well being. Allowing your body to let go, the mind slows down and stress melts away.

My goal as a massage therapist and alternative health practitioner is to help my clients realize their health goals and, often, to surpass them. In addition to relaxing massage, my services include therapy for chronic pain and muscle tension, as well as persistent health problems of many kinds:

  • Stress

·         Chronic headaches

·         Insomnia

·         Fibromyalgia

·         Sports injuries

·         Arthritis

·         Sciatica

·         Back Pain

·         Neck pain

·         Shoulder pain

·         Knee pain

For over 6 years, I have been dedicated to alleviating stress, tension and muscular pain through Therapeutic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stones massage, Chair massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

In my massage I always use warm organic massage oil or cream, aromatherapy if desired by patient, warm towels for the back and the feet, relaxing music. During the therapeutic session my clients are always draped by soft flannel sheets so they can feel comfortable and relaxed.
