With ten years experience in delivering management development programmes to the Health and Social Care Sector we provide high quality and cost effective development programmes with 90% satisfaction ratings and 80% achievement rates.
Workshops take place one day per month focusing on aspects of generic management - managing finances, effective recruitment and selection, managing poor performance, managing change, managing quality and managing equality etc.
In between workshops you get focused one-to-one support from your assessor with contact every two to three weeks and tutorials at least once per month.
In order to complete either of the awards you need to gather evidence from your day to day role as a manager to prove your competence against best practice standards for managers.  The Leadership and Management in Care NVQ replaced the RMA in August 2008 and is most relevant to managers of registered care provision; the H and S Care Level 4 is most relevant to managers and senior practitioners within the care sector and the Leadership and Management award comes in four levels and is of relevance to any manager in any sector from team leader (Level 2) through to senior manager/director (Level 5).
If the choice seems a bit confusing do not worry we can help you decide which is the best NVQ for you.   We can offer flexible completion timescales to meet your needs from as quick as four months or as long as a year and a half.
