Our Customer Services programmes are completed in the workplace during normal working hours without the need for attending college or sitting formal examinations and with minimal interference to working practices. Learners/Employers can chose either Level 2 Certificate or Level 3 Diploma depending on current job description and eligibility criteria. Our Assessors visit your place of work once every 4 - 6 weeks over a period of 6 months for a level 2 or 9 -12 months for a level 3 in order to help you compile a portfolio containing evidence of your competence. This is achieved through a mixture of advice and guidance, formal discussions, learning workbooks and evidential photographs.
