Resilience is having the ability to cope, adapt and succeed during change and adversity; having the ability to get up from life’s knocks and bounce back stronger. Resilient people problem solve, adapt and reinvent themselves to new realities; they seek opportunities in changing conditions. Resilient people do not see themselves as victims or become helpless and hopeless.
