Come along and learn how to cook a healthy, simple meal from scratch, using fresh ingredients and flavours. I don't like doing dishes so most of the time we will only use one pan or pot!
Alternatively, grab a few of your friends and come and learn how to prepare a healthy, delicious meal with specific nutrients in mind. For example, you may be trying for a baby - we can prepare a dish which will contain vitamins and minerals with fertility-boosting nutrients!
