A Nelson Catering Equipment Project Manager would be appointed to oversee the entire
operation from start to finish. This would include attending meetings
on and off site, ordering equipment and commissioning bespoke items,
liaising with contractors and service providers, arranging and
supervising installation and commissioning equipment. We also provide
staff training to ensure that all members of staff are confident
in the functions of the new kitchen.
Once the project is up and running, Nelson’s Catering Equipment servicing arm takes
over responsibility, maintaining all the warranties that are applicable
to the kitchen and providing as full a back-up service as you and
your client require.
