Our Business Analysis Practice course provides you
with the skills you need to become an effective . This is a Practitioner Level Business Analysis
qualification accredited and validated by the British Computer Society (BCS).
Until February 2012 this module was named Business Analysis
Business Analysis Practice sessions are highly practical
discussions of key topics based around case studies. You will work
in small groups on our instructive and entertaining case study,
Valentinos, practising all the business analysis techniques we teach.
You will gain the ability to investigate, analyse and model
business systems. You will learn how to identify business improvements
through gap analysis. Important change management techniques
such as stakeholder analysis are explored. You will suggest business
improvements and develop these into a Business Case to justify the
suggested IT projects. We explore the link between business analysis
and project management with particular emphasis on the Prince 2 project
