London Knee Clinic provides a comprehensive specialist service for the diagnosis and treatment of knee pain, knee injuries, osteoarthritis and knee deformities. We treat sports injuries of the knee including anterior cruciate and posterior cruciate ligament and meniscal tears.
At London Knee Clinic we have considerable experience in meniscal surgery. We also have a particular interest in patello-femopral problems and anterior knee pain plus a major interest in partial knee replacements. We do not use a tourniquet for any of our surgery and we use blood transfusions in less than 1% of cases. The majority of our surgery is done on a day case basis. We take video clips of all our arthroscopy operations (keyhole surgery) and provide a copy of this to our patients for discussion following surgery.
We have close links with a number of physiotherapy units where many of our patients are sent for non-surgical treatment of their knee problems, as appropriate, or for post-operative rehabilitation after surgery.
