Open to public level 4 advanced food safety course:
Dates: 23rd Feb, 27th Feb, 2nd March, 6th March, 9th March with exam on the 20th March
Cost: £425pp early bird price otherwise £450pp
Prices: include exam fee, course book and certificate on passing
9am to 5:30pm daily
Candidates undertaking the level 4 food hygiene course are expected to participate in delivering training sessions to the class, participate in group work and set aside time for self study outside the course.
