We think that everything we want to see in our lives will make us happy when it finally becomes reality. That’s our belief. We reach out for something because we believe that these things are going to bring joy to us and make us feel better. CONSCIOUS CREATION OF REALITY doesn’t work that way! First of all, WE HAVE TO BE HAPPY NOW. After that, all things we want to have in our lives will come as well. It doesn’t work the opposite. || Happiness is a state of mind, not a goal! || Many people talk about this process. Among them those who have a lot of money, very good jobs, families, adorable spouses … It seems that those people lack of nothing BUT they feel unfulfilled and unhappy. Why? These things don’t make us happy. Happy make us things that we do simply because we love doing them. We do them because they are our passion. We do them because they signify the expression of what we really are. They make us happy because by doing them we realize all the potentials that are within us. Things that other people think we should do, don’t make us happy. Neither life based on the rules of the others. Only life based on our rules make us happy. Life in that moment. Gratitude for all things that we have in that moment. That’s happiness. || HOMEWORK || If something makes you happy, do more of it. If something makes you unhappy, do less of it. Change your view about happiness! Achieving happiness should never be a goal. All around us vibrates at specific frequencies. Person’s frequency is expressed in the specific emotion (fear, guilt, love, gratitude…) and mood. Things that we desire vibrate at high frequencies (enlightenment, peace, joy, love). According to the Law of Attraction, like attracts like. What does this mean? It means that if you want something you have to feel emotions of high frequencies before that thing appears in your reality. If you want to lose weight you have to vibrate at the frequency of already having a body that you desire even though you are “fat” right now!
