Food allergies run in my family so I fully sympathise with and understand the trouble many people have when it comes to planning their diet. Indian food is very versatile and can be manipulated in such a way as to suit you needs. If you have an allergy to tomatoes for example, you can surely leave them out of any dish. The same appleis to any of the ingredients and I guarantee that the appeal and most imporantly the flavour of the dish shall not be compromised at all. The percentage of people sufferin from a wheat allergy is contantly on the increase, therefore many are not being able to enjoy basics foods such as chapattis and naans with their meals. Luckily my own unique blend of a few wheat-free flours has allowed many to introduce such foods back into their diets. Many Indian desserts can be made from goats, or sheeps milk and are a godsend for those with milk allergies. So its time to stop feeding you allergies and start feeding yourself once again :-)
