We use computerized marker making software to provide a quick, economical way of calculating how much fabric is required for each pattern. Using information from your Docket Order Specification we can create and suggest the optimum fabric layplan so fabric can be used efficiently, this process is much more accurate than traditional manual methods. Grade House also considers the direct and indirect cost factors. The indirect costs aren’t necessarily the same for all patterns. For that reason, we use the much more precise method of Activity-Based Costing. We can then e-mail the marker to you for use in your factories.
