We work through a tried and tested 4-stage process which has proven time and again to deliver significant results within a designated time-period depending on the need of our clients.
The first stage of the process is heavily client-driven. Although it might sound obvious, we aim to listen and really understand what you are looking for before we start working. Then we go back to the resource team and explain the requirements – working together fields far greater results – in order to comprehensively map the market. The third stage is our internal interview process where we personally meet and select the best candidates to present to our clients, gaining extensive details on their background and suitability. Finally, the fourth stage is the client interview stage. We place one in every three candidates who reach this stage, a clear testimony to the value of our pre-selection.
The length of the process varies depending on the requirements and the availability in the market. However we would normally suggest between 6-8 weeks from the start of the process to signing. We aim to complete searches in less than 6 weeks and we have never failed to deliver on a search assignment.
