With current public global interest and the requirements of owners and investors, the need for businesses to address environmental issues and their own environmental impact has never been greater. This qualification has been designed for middle managers and supervisors who have responsibility for decision-making, managing budgets, allocating tasks and meeting performance targets. The course aims to give candidates the confidence to:
deal with environmental issues
take corrective actions where necessary
contribute towards shaping policy
deal with customer queries
Who Should Attend?
Middle managers and supervisors, who have responsibility for decision-making and managing budgets.
A minimum of 6 hours course instruction over one day. The course includes lectures enhanced by audio/visual material and practical teaching aids/ Delegates are encouraged to actively participate in discussion sessions and group activities.

The assessment consists of an examination paper containing of 30 multiple choice questions to be completed in one hour under examination conditions.
