The assessment contains 92 items, is administered and scored online and is available 24/7. Results are available in real time. Furthermore, the CCV® has two validation scales (Sincerity and Accuracy), designed to evaluate the adequacy of candidates’ responses.
Multiple predictive validity studies carried out in America, Europe, Asia, and Africa have demonstrated that, on average, applicants with “recommended” CCV scores sell 26% more than those with “not recommended” scores.
The CCV has been in continuous commercial use in America, Europe, Asia and Africa since 2005 and is currently available in English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Bahasa and Arabic.
