The one month Express Fitness Programs includes consultation assessing your goals and tailor making your programme. The programme will include 4 1-1 sessions, 6 small group classes, 1 workshop and a discussion about your dietary and lifestyle habits. The programme will include the following classes which is based on your individual requirements: personal training, yoga, pilates, fitness exercises using your body weight, jogging, boxing, and dance fitness.
