Document scanning is an efficient and cost-effective method of storing large volumes of valuable information and using a professional bureau can often be the most economical method of transferring large quantities of paper documents onto a computer-based system.

Documents ranging from A8 to + can be scanned into a full range of formats, including (PDF), TIFF & JPEG. Our systems incorporate a set of image-enhancement features like de-skew (ensuring that documents that aren't placed in a straight-edge format are straightened when scanned) and auto-cropping (ensuring that if mixed documents are scanned, only the scanned area will appear on screen). These image enhancements ensure that the completed project will be of the highest quality and suitable for long-term records management.

The resulting scanned images are of no use to you if they cannot be easily retrieved. So to enable the fast retrieval of data, we will the files using a structure developed with you at the outset of the project. The indexing implemented can range from simple protocols through to comprehensive Access & SQL Database information. The returned data can be delivered to you in a variety of formats including CDR/RW, DVD/R along with a full range of Network Attached Storage units.
